        My roof has leaked since installed 9 years ago. I finally hounded them enough around 4 years ago to fix it around the chimney area yet it continues to leaked.I have not called them back since the first time due to the owner told me basically he would repair it that time however my 30 year guarantee was not valid Think before you use RIGGINS ROOFING
