Prestige Carpet Cleaning

I called prestige because they were recommended by my best friend. They did an excellent Job on my carpets. I thought that my Carpets needed to be replace but I was wrong. After prestige clean them they look like new again. I will recommend this company.

I had prestige carpet cleaning clean my carpet on 4/5/15 they did and excellent job on my carpet I will recommend prestige to all my friends and family thank you prestige for your great service.

prestige did a great job on my carpets. very professional and will recommended. they took there time in cleaning my carpets. not like other companies I had clean my carpets before they were here for 25 min and that was it.

I needed carpet cleaning recently before moving out of my apartment.
I called prestige and spoke with someone, they said they would be at my apartment at 4:30 2 days later. I ended up waiting for them for 2 hours until i finally called and spoke to the supervisor (Hector). by that time, it was too dark to have them even do their job, he was very rude with me over the phone and finally we agreed that Hector himself along with a co-worker would be at my apartment the next day at 10 am. (they had an appointment with someone else in our complex 4 doors down) they came at the time they were expected and it started out fine (besides the fact that they were dressed in baggy pants, long t-shirts, and hats, and they didn't say even a word to me the whole time). after they did about 3/4 of my apartment, i noticed that they had stopped using the machine that is supposed to be used before the big steamer and none of the stains in the living room were going away. He proceeded to tell me that it had broke. I was very upset because I wasn't getting the service i was paying for. He started yelling at me and i told him that just the one machine wasn't doing a good enough job the other man replied "well...if your carpets weren't so dirty then we wouldn't have a problem now would we?" they left, without finishing the living room and said they would call to return after the weekend. as i was leaving my apartment...i saw the prestige van pulled outside the complex doors and they were bringing the hose into the apartment that is 4 doors down from mine. (he had previously told me that because my carpets were stained so severely, he wished he could use the hose from the truck but it wouldn't reach) so, it could reach an apartment down the hall from mine (with plenty of hose left over) but not my apartment. now I'm just waiting for their call to schedule a time when they can finish what they started.

This company was recommended to me from another tenant in my building. The price was good so I scheduled them to come.
When they arrived only one man spoke English. They use the outdoor water to our apt building which my landlord was very upset about because the outdoor water had already been turned off for the winter. They had gone in and turned it back on without permission. I was also told my husband that the time before they had unhooked the washer to get water for their equipment. She called to let me know she wasn't happy with me for letting them do this. I had no knowledge of how they accessed the water.

I showed them the areas to clean and the stains we needed to be removed which when I spoke to them on the phone I was told they could remove. They told me they could not get any of the stains out. All they tried was a spray bottle and the tip of the bottle to rub in the spray stuff. Whatever was in the spray bottle didn't even lighten the stains. They were done in less than 2 hrs with the whole house.

Once they were gone I walked around the apt to view the job done and was very very disappointed with the level of work so I called my bank to cancel the check. The carpet was very wet and there were small pieces of leaves and other ground up things left behind in the wet carpet. There was also lines all over the carpet where the men with the cleaning wand had not overlapped the cleaner. I thought that after the carpet dried and I vacuumed all the junk and the lines would go away this was not the case. It has been weeks since they came and I still have lines and junk on my carpet. I even have found small sharp pieces which I have gotten stuck in the bottom of my foot.

I now have to pay again for someone to clean up the mess they made of my carpet. Please don't use them ever. My landlord put out a message to all residents that they are not allowed to have them in any apt ever. She is upset and disappointed and so am I.

I was recommended by my mom to use prestige carpet cleaning to clean my carpet wow I was very impress they did a wonderful job on my carpet I have use other carpet cleaners before and nobody left the carpet so clean like prestige did. I will recommend prestige to people that I know plus their prices are very affordable

HORRIBLE! My carpets were wet for 2 days after they were cleaned. Called them 4 days later and they informed me that I would be receiving a partial refund. They also over charged me from what I was quoted. That was a month ago and I am still waiting. I have called them numerous times and they have yet to respond. Never never again. Now I have a mildew smell on my carpet also. I will never recommend them to anyone looking for good carpet cleaning companies. Just horrible customer service all around!

I called prestige carpet cleaning and a guy answer the phone. His name was Hector and he could not be more nicer. I approciate what you did to my carpets you did a miracle no body and i mean nobody would have got it cleaner then you. I have use A1 carpet cleaning and stanley steamer and nobody did the job as prestige did. Thank you prestige and also hector for a wonderful job thanks onces again

this is the second time i use prestige carpet service and they were on time and did a wonderfull job on my carpet and furniture. I will recomend prestige to every body i know thank you prestige for a wonderful job.
