A Plus Mowers

brought my mower to him. he did a bunch of unexpected :"repairs" which we never talked about. didnt fix the original complaint. got the mower back worse thatn when i brought it in. cost me $325 and he put the wrong parts in which destroyed my machine. I took it someplace else to see what this guy did, and now is its $1200 worth of repairs and damage, thanks in big part to him.

Stay away, this guys bad news.

called to see if he had a part for my mower ,he said that he had lots of parts and to bring by the motor ,i told him it was on the deck and all of a sudden he turned into a dick and said i don't have any parts and hung up the phone, stay far far away from this place .this guy needs to find something else to do he is very rude to people.

I retired to Traverse City 10 years ago. At that time I purchased a new lawn mower and snow blower. I few years later I had problems with my mower. And then with my snow blower. A friend said I should contact A Plus Mower. They have been great. This year my 10 year old snow blow pull cord broke (after 2 other repairs). I was ready to buy a new blower. We were in the middle of 7 days of sub-zero and heavy snow every day. A Pus Mower came to my home to pick-up my blower, did the repair and returned it to me within 24 hours of my calling them. They are my guys.

HORRIBLE experience!! What kind of business owner raises his voice to a woman, swears at her and is COMPLETELY disrespectful?? Especially when that woman has simply been calling and leaving messages because the business has her blower to be repaired...and hasn't bothered to do anything with it IN A YEAR AND A HALF!! Been getting the runaround for A YEAR AND A HALF!! No answer, no return phone calls, stop in and they say they are waiting on this or that... ugghhh!!! Save yourself a lot of time and money and go somewhere else!
