        Overall

        A week ago they called and said they had my spa cover and would deliver it the next day. Told them I would not be home and just to leave it by the garage. Nothing when I got home. Called them and they said they would call back the next day with new delivery time. They never called back. Called them and they said delivery would be the next day between 3pm-7pm. Truck never came. Called next day and phone call went to a full voice mail box so I could not even leave a message.

        Overall

        Have spoken to 4 different people in as many days and each one has a different story. They are not linked to tracking. One said the truck broke down, one said the deliver call was a mistake. May update when I actually receive my delivery.
