Overall

I too have a voucher from a fundraiser with my grandson's school. Very glad it was only $20. The website is down, and it is the last day to use it. From the other reviews I read, it sounds like this company knows how to make money,but their customer service is awful! Won't ever do business with this company!

I need to give this company in the negatives. Website is down. Email that I found on the internet is not legit. Try calling the company, and I have to leave a message. Needless to say, it looks like as of midnight tonight I am out $80.00 in gift cards...Ones I got through my daughter's school fundraiser. This is a lot of money for anyone, but I am also a single mom, of no fault of my own. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, as well as finding out my legal options because this company seems like a scam to me, I don't know how anyone else feels.

Very disappointed with this company! I purchased a gift card from my daughters elementary school fundraiser and was trying to use it before the expiration date. The website was down so I called the customer service number.

They explained to me that the website was down and did I have a voucher? I replied, "Yes" and she proceeded to tell me that the owner would not be extending the voucher past the expiration date even if it was their fault the website was down because I had a year and a half to use it and I should have not waited till the last minute to use it. I explained that it had not been a year and a half , I purchased it from my daughters school fundraiser less than a year ago and my voucher had not expired yet. Granted it was the last day to use it, I have every right to get decent customer service because my certificate had not expired yet.

So customer service tells me that my options are for her to explain over the phone what was left to pick from. Unbelievable!

What a poor example of a business. I will be contacting the school PTA to let them know what a horrible experience I've had with this company. So that on one else has to experience this. I was so excited to pick out a fun gift for a friend but now I'm just disappointed.

I'm pretty disappointed with t...

I had some issues with a package not being delivered and with communication in their customer service department. However, once I found a phone number and called, Linda was accommodating and took care of my problem. As far as their products go, I have yet to receive my second item but I absolutely love the first jewelry items sent. Great quality.
