Steak 'n Shake

For what you get, not too bad, a bit expensive for my needs. Last time I went in though, the service was lousy. I took my girlfriend in around 9:30 at night after a stressful day at work for both of us. When we got in there, a group of cheerleaders and their boyfriends and parents came in and barged in front of us. One of the teenyboppers said she had 23 people to be seated. We were first in line and since the cheerleaders were known by the two waitresses, they were being helped first. What a crock. We were first and dissed by these two ditsy soda jockeys. We told them we were first and to seat us. "Flo" said she HAD to seat them first. Did I mention WE were first in line? So I turned to my girlfriend and said, that it will take time to seat the pushy teenyboppers, one "rah rah" girl just gave me a dirty look with that comment. So we went to IHOP down the street instead. Next day I wrote corporate Steak and Shake and let them know what happened to us. No word back yet, but hopefully "Flo" and the manager at that shift gets canned for dissing what used to be steady customers.
