We have had exceptional service from Maid to Order of Grand Rapids. Our facility has never looked so clean. They have outstanding customer service, 24/7. They also clean our carpets, VCT and tile floors. When they say that they are a full services janitorial company that is exactly what they do. When we remodeled our office they were very instrucmental in getting us back in business. They did all of the construction cleaning and were helpful with the type of floors we had installed. Their employees are polite and are willing to complete extra tasks when we have requested. We have great communication with the supervisors and the owners, when we call them regardless of day or time and within 12 hours they respond to correct any problem. We highly reccommend this company.
