Overall

I had to use BIS due to the brand of appliance I have - they were recommended by the manufacturer. The technician (Bob) fixed my appliance, however he referred to me as "honey" or "hon" throughout the entire time he was at my home.

What's the year again, 1956? My name is on the paperwork and I introduced myself when he arrived. Completely disgusting. I won't be using BIS ever again.
