Kay Jewelers

Got Pretty Woman-ed at Kay's jeweler. I was under dressed. Walked in and no one greeted us. They looked but they didn't greet. Even if you're with a customer, it's good business to greet incoming and every guest. We looked around a few minutes. A Sale rep walked past me without even a greeting then sat down to do her business. Finally, one sales lady looked up and smiled when I came near her bc this is the second time we made eye contact (first was at the entrance door). Then they greeted the man who came after us as he entered. All in all, bought my stuff across the street at Jared instead. And the man they greeted, he didn't buy anything. I know bc he also went into Jared where his wife was. They lost a real client today.
