One of the worst experiences we have ever had. He is cheap, but he is totally over his head. He was going to repair our refrigerator. He has his guy clean the coils and he was too lazy to even look at them after his guy was done. He didn't add freon and didn't even check it and our refrigerator is still only getting down to 48 degrees. Another appliance guy we called said that is is the first thing he would do. He also found a huge piece of plumbers putty in the dishwasher pipe and didn't even use a compressor to ensure the pipe was totally cleared out. He didn't have a dolly to move the refrigerater and he said he would need to come back and look at it. He didn't even think he had a compressor on his truck, but his helper told him he did.

When we called him and told him nothing was working that he said he had repaired, he said he wasn't feeling well and it would be over a week before he could be out there again. When I asked him if he was going to charge me the original $65 again if it was something he could have easily done the first time, he just hung up on my wife and i. Use Mike Casey's guys or one of the plumbers in the area if you need help. This guy is clueless and unprofessional. I never write these type of reviews but don't want any of you to have this experience.
