If I could give them less than one star I would. I was very hesitant to take my kids to their cousin's birthday party because I was worried they wouldn't let my daughter (who has a disability and would need help jumping) play. We went, however, because I was informed that they do a special needs bounce once a month (so they should be special needs friendly, right?) and my brother called ahead to make sure it would be ok for me to get in with her to help her and he was informed that it would be fine. So, we went. When we got there I was informed that she would not be allowed into the younger kid area because she just turned six (although she is very little-about the size of a four year old) and that I would have to pay $20 just to get in to help her even though we were there with a birthday party and not even all the kids that were expected to be there came. The manager (which was a teenager-we asked) then comes over and informs me that she will not be allowed to get in at all stating that it was because they were afraid she would get hurt. Mind you that in order for ANY kid to play the parent must sign a waiver releasing JumpStreet from any liability in case of injury. So, if she got hurt that would be on me, not them. Therefore, this reason was invalid. My daughter was discriminated against because of her disability today and had to sit on the sidelines and watch all the other kids play. We will never be back.

This place is a good place to take young kids. It is just a room a trampolines. They have other thing like the bull, dunk basketball, and dog ball.

My kids always have a fun time here. It's affordable and a good way to get some energy out. Never too busy and always clean.
