By far the best pet store experience ever! So helpful! Took the time to help with my three children wanting to look at everything and touch everything! We are so happy to have our new pet. Thanks y'all for all the help!

This place is over priced for grooming and groomer is nothing special just shaved my small dog and left a ridiculous ball on top of tail. Not pleased for price. Also the place stinks immediately when walk in.

Pet planet has EVERYTHING from prairie dogs to cichlids! It's a great, friendly store with more than adequate knowledge to care for all they have. If your a freshwater fish guy, go to pet planet USA! Beautiful fish and prices!

I brought my dog in to get groomed as I had once or twice before. This time I received a phone call saying my dog needed to go to the vet because he was "cutting up" and the groomer had cut his eye lid with the clippers. I met her at the vets office where the groomer told me next time I have him groomed I needed to get him on "some meds" from my vet because he was all over the place. No on ever apologized. They did however cover the vet bill we acquired for sedation to glue and stitch his eye lid. As well as antibiotics and pain meds. We have never received a complaint about him being jumpy or out of control by other groomers. In fact I have been told by more than one how good he is. Maybe they are kinder to him. Either way, I will not be needing any meds from my vet for his next grooming because we will not be going back to pet planet.

What a wonderful store...stopped in to visit and left with a spider...I never knew I could even like a spider...The lady who assisted me was great...I will tell all my friends to visit Pet Planet USA...

We purchased our best hammy from this store! He is healthy and never smells! I will repurchase from this store!
