A nice motel in a small town. I was tired and made a stop here to spend the night. Free wireless internet and a fridge in the room were a plus. There were several restaurants that were within walking distance. Everything was close by...restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores. Had a pleasantly comfortable stay.
Stayed here during a stop on a cycling trip I was on with a friend. Great small business in a small town, plus great service and amenities. Free WiFi a big plus, as well as the mini fridges in the room, and laundry service was also available. Walking distance to several restaurants was also convenient. Good resting stop during our trip.

Perfect weather year round with high in the 60's and low in the 50's. many restaurants within walking distance.No need for reservations,just show up any Friday or Saturday & stay the weekend. The MST(Monterey-Salinas Transit System) takes you right to their front door and a taxi ride from Salinas in $50 but well worth it. Not recommended during weekdays due to traffic and business clientelle. Many weddings held here.Friendly front desk service.Located on the old Highway 101 (not the business 101).
Nice weekend getaway. Nice and cool year round. Low in the 50's, high in the 60's, Located minutes from Monterey beach and 15 miles south of Salinas, CA. NO RESERVATIONS necessary and no need to call. Just simply show up any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Not recommended during the week due to traffic. Many restaurants within walking distance, many mexican, but a few american restaurants also. Costs less than half it would cost you to stay in Monterey or Pebble Beach area. A+++++++
If you just need a place to rest your head it there for just that. And only that...
