Charles McLaughlin has maintained heating and plumbing concerns in my 90 year old apartment house for almost twenty years. He is there for emergencies. He is extremely trustworthy.

After having our bathroom redone, as well as some other repairs, I would definitly call McLaughlin Plumbing & Heating to come back for any jobs we may need in the future. Everything he has done in our house looks and works great! I would recommend Charles to all of my family and friends. He is very friendly, prompt, fair and professional.

Mr. McLaughlin has done work at our house on several occasions, and we have always been very pleased with him. One day we called him at 7am because our heat was not working, and he arrived very promptly and had our house warm again in no time. We really appreciated how quickly he was able to get to us and effectively address the problem. He's always very courteous and good-natured, and provides a great quality service at a fair price.
