Titan Granite

We had a wonderful experience with Titan Granite. They were professional and caring. The installers did a great job. The finished countertops turned out beautiful. We love our new granite countertops. Thank you so much!

Kitchen renovations- time for a new countertop and decided to go with granite. Went to several local and not so local granite dealers and saw a lot of granite. I had a budget and a color scheme I was married to, so it narrowed down the search a bit. After identifying several contenders, I gave my business to Titan Granite in Glen Mills.

Upon entering their sterile showroom (don’t be fooled –there is much more!), I was warmly welcomed by Mehmet, one of the owners. He brought me back into the inventory area and WOW- what a selection- it was like being in the granite candy store! I was very tempted to change up my color scheme, but in the end stuck to the browns/golds/cream/ copper pieces of rock. The nice thing about Titan Granite is the huge inventory of very varied slabs of granite in a wide variety of patterns/colors and pricing. Speaking of pricing- I stayed within my budget, successfully negotiating a price that fit it.

It was a signed contract with 50% down and the rest to be paid upon completed installation. The installation team was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The time line between signing the contract, templating the countertop, fabrication and installation was only a few weeks.

The one point I will forewarn customers about is to clearly communicate with the owner, Mehmet, as to how you want your stone cut before it is cut. Upon installation my side backsplash pieces- (96”) were not long enough and therefore I wound up with small cut pieces on either side to make up the difference in length. This was due to the slab I chose not having enough area to accommodate full length pieces. This was not acceptable to me, I spoke to Mehmet and the installed pieced-together side backsplashes were replaced with full length pieces- cut from a new piece of stone. My concerns were readily addressed and rectified. Be sure to discuss how the stone will be cut to accommodate your needs and that it is acceptable to you prior to the cuts.

All in all, I am Very happy with the granite countertop, I LOVE the piece of natural art I have in my kitchen, it did not ‘break the bank’ and the people associated with Titan Granite were a pleasure to work with, I always felt that the ‘customer’s needs come first’. I highly recommend Titan Granite and one is sure to find a slab of granite they can love and live with.
