Buyer beware!!!!!!!!! This store is horrible from the customer service staff in the back as well as the managers!!! The sales people are nice that is it!!! We bought the most expensive sectional they had with a warranty that they fail to mention to you if you have any issues they will not let you pick something else at full value purchase and you are stuck paying more money on something else that is cheaper then the crap you purchased initially unreal!!! If that isn't enough the staff don't care, don't call you back, don't communicate effectively, leave you on hold for 30 minutes to end up saying someone will call you back!!!! I should of went back to lazy boy!!! I learned my lesson never again!! I will be posting as many reviews as possible and will be contacting corporate and BBB!!!!! You are forewarned be cautious!!!!

whenever i need to furnish a room or redecorate vcf is the first place i go... the salesmen are always friendly and very helpfull... which is important i have been to other places and the salesman have followed me around not giving me any space making me feel rushed. i have brought three sets of livingroom furniture and four bedroom sets from them. each set i brought the insurance plan and stain plan... it is wonderfull! i did have to use the insurance for cig. burns (from my mother) on the arm of the sofa and without an arguement it was replaced. I would have given them a 5 star if the insurance covered structure damage which it does not and they dont tell you that part.. by the way i am a single mother of six and the layaway (price hold plan) is very helpfull. they are very good with allowing it to go over the 90 days as long as you are making payments they allow you to continue to hold.
