BY FAR THE WORST POST OFFICE I'VE EVER DELT WITH

The mailman that delivers my mail is so careless, I have had checks that I receive weekly on a specific day end up missing on now 3 occasions , the first 2 I was told were found in his truck at the end of the day . The 3rd I'm waiting for tbem to find as of right now , it's either on his truck or in someone else's mailbox. I receive other people's mail at least 3 times a week so I'm sure they receive mine . He could care less about making sure the right people are getting the right mail. Its pointless to complain to the supervisor, they could care less. It's a waste of time . They need to be shut down and out of a job .

This is absolutely the worst postal service I have ever received, and I have lived in many different states. Our delivery person marks packages as "delivered" when they haven't been delivered; she claims to attempt to deliver packages, but she really doesn't even get out of her truck, she just puts a note in the mail box and drives right on by. She puts Mail on a wet door mat, under a heavy box, destroying the mail. She puts mail under a light box at the front door, and it blows away. I get wrong mail. Others get my mail. When we call to complain, she calls us liars. I'm over it.

The worst. Similar to others, packages never make it to me- are mis-delivered or returned to sender for no reason. I receive bills after they are due. My neighbors receive my mail. Unbelievably awful. I am looking at reviews from years ago with similar concerns. HOW HAS THIS NOT BEEN CORRECTED?!

This is the location tasked with delivering my mail and for some reason every package that says "Delivered" in tracking system Never makes it to me. I have had Packages that require a signature not make it to me but shows "Delivered" in the tracking system. The Post Master at this location is no help at all! Who ever knew delivering mail was so hard. I hope this location is next on the list to be closed. First package lost a $10 phone case Second package lost $150.... This is pitiful a federal government ran facility can't deliver mail sufficiently.

This is by far the WORST post office in the United States. After moving to my new residence out here in Glen Allen I have had 3 missing packages in the last 3 months! Somehow all my packages make it across the U.S. without any problems but as soon as it reaches this post office to be delivered, something happens! All 3 packages lost were all 3 high valued electronics. The funny things is all 3 of those times there were other packages with low end items but only the high value items are "lost". The 1st package lost I let it go thinking mistakes do happen (Droid X). Then, the next month comes around and yet another package (Ipod Touch) comes up missing! I contacted the post office and tried to find info about it and they claimed it was delivered!! I know it wasn't delivered because I do not have it! Now, this time I am just completely fed up. I can not afford to keep losing hundreds of dollars of merchandise because these guys can't do their jobs. Something fishy is going on with that place and I plan on moving just so I can have a different post office to deliver my mail. BY FAR, THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES!

Such a great little post office! But such a nice community spot would be fantastic if the one postal worker there wasn't always so grumpy. My goal is to get her to smile one of these times!
