Bruce's Tire

I purchased a set of tires from Bruce's Tire because I noticed they have been in business since the 1930's. I also like the fact that they are a family business and locally owned. I was impressed with the overall experience mainly because they treated me like an equal and not like a "dumb woman" who knows nothing about cars. Also, they appeared to be very professional and knowledgable. I found the price to be very comparable to a large chain store in town, but I got the sense that Bruce's Tire was willing to go the extra mile. I only have one complaint about their service. It took them about 15 minutes longer than promised to replace my tires and I was in a hurry. However, to compensate for the delay, the manager offered to give me a discount on my wheel alignment on my next visit...that made me happy. Great job guys; I have found a new service shop!
