Imagine this.. You go to ANY business and are unsatisfied in anyway. What are you going to do? Well depending on how you deal with your feelings, you can do many things. However, an answer for most unsatisfied people is going to be to let everyone know "not to go their because of how 'horrible' they treated you." However not very many happy people that leave Dr. Kian's office have time to go online and express how wonderful he is and they shouldn't have to. I feel like the only time people go out of there way to write a review is to complain of an unpleasant experience they've had. I hope you guys, as readers, realize that out of the thousands of patients Dr. Kian has seen. Only three people were pissed off enough to get on here and rant about it. I don't know about you but 3:3,00 of his patients seems like a pretty good score to me. Anyways, I am a patient of Dr. Kian's and have been for 6 years now. Let me tell you, he is AWESOME. Unlike, most Doctors you see, he makes an effort to get to know you. He remembers your face and who you are and even sometimes he can even start off in conversation from where we left off last time. He is a truly genuine guy and he isn't just trying to rush you out of the place so he can move on to the next patient. He's smart and funny (he even sometimes tells me jokes, which I love.) He knows English, Spanish, and even Farsi. He has a cute picture of his daughter in the office, on the counter when you walk out, which shows he's a family man and loves his family. Out of my Primary, Cardiologist, Dentist, and my Chiropractor, him and his staff are the most enjoyable to go see. Not only do I love this place, I have a few friends who have had cataract surgery from him and seem happier than my sister about her cataract surgery she had from a doctor in Indiana. He's always been great with me and my family and everyone else in the office seems happy while i'm there too. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Debbie in optical is my favorite. She helps me pick out my frames every year and is honest about which ones look good and tells me when i'm trying on a frame that looks bad on my face. She's such a sweetheart just like the other girls in the office.I just got on here because I googled 'Advaced Laser and Eye Center of Arizona'. I am in need of making an appt with them for my annual eye exam and since I recently got a new phone, I no longer had the phone number saved. Even though I was just looking for a phone number, I couldn't stand to see people say such bad things about a company that is absolutely wonderful. I will continue to go to Dr. Kian for as long as possible. ADVANCED LASER AND EYE CENTER OF AZ WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS FOREVER! DO NOT BELIEVE THESE BAD REVIEWS

Usually the only time people want to complain is when they don't get what they want to perfection. I know that they call patients to set up appointments because I too work for a PCP & weekly send over referrals for them to call patients to schedule. They are always more than accomodating. Maybe it is laziness on the other doctor's office to not schedule their patient's appointments. Isn't that your job, to help your patient's get scheduled and take care of their referrals.

BEWARE! Dr. Kiam performed cataract surgery and treated my eyes incorrectly. I now have worse vision than before I had surgery. I went into vertigo one week later. I was hospitalized for two days went to physical therapy. I lost my job. Vertigo lasted four months. I cannot legal drive at night . Dr. Kian convinced me to purchase the more expensive lense. It cost me extra $2,000.00. I was promised I would never have to wear glasses for the rest of my life. I now wear 2 pairs contacts and glasses that does not work. My eyes cannot be corrected. I am S.O.L.

Our entire family goes to Dr. Kian, from cataract surgeries to annual eye exams and we love the service and commitment.

i work for a family doctor and use to refer to this practice, but recently they called me to tell me they did not have time to call patients to set up appointments, but they had time to call me and tell me this, so if they dont have time to practice basic care for our patient then we wont send them there!

Though my children receive excellent care from the clinical staff! The intake and billing staff need an advanced training seminar in insurance billing protocol as well as customer service. They continue to screw up the billing to my insurance to the extent I may choose another provider....
