There are only a handful of people that learned the true art of windshield repair from the legendary Mike Fine; I was one of those people and was taught by Mike in 1982; I'm Josh Cane and I am Alans friend, and was his main subcontractor for windshield repair from 2001 - 2007.

Alan is a world class technician, has over 30 years of experience in this business, and has developed a sustained decades long service that almost all the car dealerships in his area use, along with a large amount of private and insurance companies. He maintains the highest ethical standards of professionalism, and is part of the NWRA. ( I like to tease him by saying I learned before him, but the truth is that he knew about windshield repair long before me and has actually taught me a thing or two which improved my repairs )

In recent years, Alan and I decided to utilize the services of a well known and established family business Jerry's, that replaced glass, and we still use them as they've been excellent and have years of experience. Unfortunately, there seems that on one of these calls which required the glass to be replaced, a very bad taste was left in the mouth of one customer out of THOUSANDS. This explains the lack of 5 stars. and the one bad review on yelp.

As someone that knows Alan and that has worked along side of him, I would like everyone that reads this to know that Alan will do everything possible to provide excellent customer service. He is a cut above.
