To whom it may concern: We received excellent service from Mr. Mark Martinez. He was told what our interest were and he immediately went to work on all issues that was a concern for us. He exceeded our exspectations and provided us with great customer service. This is our second purchase because of sales personnel like Mark Martinez. We were also satisfied with the quick and courtesy that was given to us by Aaron White. Aaron and Mark are two of your employees that have completely sold us for being a lifetime customer of Mac Haik.

The staff here at Mac Haik have iimpressed me more than any dealership I have visited in the past couple of years. Charles has great customer care he believes in what he is selling and not just trying to get a sell. Being a recruiter before I have heard all the sells pitches. Not one from Charles. The manager made my family and I fell at home. He genuially feels for his customers and it shows. I will tell friends and family of my experience here and recommend Mac Haik's business.

When I worked up our dream vehicle through USAA, word was sent out to all of the local dealerships. Kayla Jones was the first to respond and make contact with us via email. We also received a message from the dealership on our home phone. Around Memorial Day, we received information from Kayla about the sales that were going on around that weekend via email. Due to her persistence, I was sure she was the one that we wanted to work with. Having already had a good experience with Mac Haik when we purchased our Ford, it would be like we were coming back to an old friend. This entire dealership group really is a joke.



I bought a new PT Cruiser from their Chrysler Dealership in Georgetown, Tx, in 2004. Now they had it in their service department for the last 3 weeks...AFTER the transmission went out (125 miles over the warranty @ 70,125 miles) . I agreed to a Transmission rebuild for $3300, but now they can't fix the problem, repeated attempts to talk to the service and support managers have been futile. Its to the point now they don't even call me or return my calls to let me know when I can expect to get the vehicle.



Don't know about your experience, I was happy and making payments for the last 6 years... Now this happens. I have to admit I was duped....these guys really suck at what they are doing.
