I agree with both of the previous posts. Paul has been taking care of our Ricoh printers since 2006. His maintenance philosophy is to prevent problems. He doesn't wait for the printer to break, he replaces parts/consumables before they break or run out in the middle of a job. He, not some faceless overseas service, answers the phone when we call. His response times are excellent, usually a few hours or less. Sometimes as short as 15 minutes. We highly recommend Hill Country Office Systems

We have been using Hill Country for several years now and have had great success with them. We have decided to go with a contract this year on some newer equipment. Response time have always been very good (usually less than a couple hours). Sometimes we can call them and get an answer to fix something over the phone. We recommend them for your Lanier, Ricoh, and Gestetner needs.
