I file a report with the courts about there sheriff department employee scamming disable people. renting them condemn apartment when I file the reports the building inspector did not file the papers nor send copy to me or the courts. I was the power of attorney for a disable and was told they do not accept the papers there and I could not speak for this person who had illness and had to take her out of the nursing home in order have her case hear. this person is a court sheriff. who violated the building code and and collected rent from property that was shut down with the notice still on pole. I had pictures and show damage to outside of building. because I filed these charged with the building inspector the landlord who as I said rent and allowed another person to die in one of the apartments. I presented pictures and the judge refused to allow any if this to be use because there was no report from the building inspectors. I left the courts and went over to the building inspector ans got a copy. and found out the landlord had file a difference address and claim he knew nothing about any report and without it I had no case and they placed a judgement on the disable person he rented a condemn building out to her claiming he was going to make repairs and never did. this person name is Lamar Myrick building at 1612 w 5th ave. he violated the building code, endanger tenants life and the death of a blind man who lived the on the second fl. charged the tenant $575.00 a month and refuse to make the repairs. It's a shame that the dept of building inspector would let this person get aways with this crime and make an disable person who was the victim paid him eviction. and the city closed the building down.it's unfair and someone is covering this up. please investigate this matter.serve and protect not steal from them The person who died there in the second floor apartment name was Andrew Connell Blind and disable.ni justice
