General Info: Chef Nathan Roby and his wife Colleen invite you to enjoy a delicious meal at Simple Twist. Nathan works closely with local farmers and vendors to create fresh and interesting dishes for guests to experience. The service is superior, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Join us on Saturday and Sunday for brunch and a breakfast martini. Relax in the beautiful NC weather in our outside dining area. A simple twist of fate brought us here and we hope to serve the 40/42 area for years to come!
