Jerry's Express Carwash

I visited the car wash on 7/12/13 for a light wash. Soon after I left, I realized my back windshield wiper was broken. I returned to the car wash and asked for a manager. He immediately took down my information and told me they would be happy to replace the wiper after reviewing the videotape to verify they were responsible for the damage. I received a follow up phone call a few hours later, informing me the new wiper had been ordered. I went back a few days later for the replacement, and the manager even gave me a free wash after he finished installing the new wiper! I visited this location again on 8/24/13. As I pulled up to select my wash, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. As I got out of my car to ask the person behind me if they could back up and let me out, the same manager who had assisted me previously came out. He not only kindly offered to let out, but also a free light wash on the house! Hands down, this is the best carwash with the best customer service around!
