Albertitas Mexican Food

Food is excellent but it lacks customer service. The service has gone down hill. I was just there on the 5th and was stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Even the customers at the window were complaining. I sat at the window with no acknoeledgement for at least 15 minutes when she finallybrealized i was there then it clicked and she said oh wet burrito finally gets my order and of course it was cold. When i mentioned about the long wait she said sorry and walked away. I went agsin about an hour ago a dufferent lady that barely spoke no greeting no acknowledgement, obviously hates her job. Sad the service sucks. Didnt even get any chips. Not very happy
