Called over 2 weeks ago to get a 4' diameter window replaced following the earthquake. The lady who answered gave me a quote of $400, which was fine with me. She took my name, address, phone number and told me that I would be contacted by a scheduler in the early part of the week. It's been over 2 weeks and there has been no call. I guess they didn't really want my business.

The girls in the office were the most knowledgable of any other shop I called. The service was excellent. I recomment them highly
