        Horrible! I had my dog groomed here and it was the worst experience ever. They noted that my 5lb dog was biting but forgot to note that my appt was at 9:30 and my dog didn't begin to get cut until 12:30. She was there for three hours before they began. I would bite too. Petco in Forest Hills was much better.

        Do NOT have your dog groomed at this location. The staff does not care about your dog. The management is terrible - cancelled appointments, etc. Stay away!
