Look at the picture of the breakfast burrito I posted!



WORST BK EVER! Look at my reviews. You will see I am fair person that writes balanced reviews. There is nothing balanced to write about this BK location.



I got to the drive through at 10:00am and ordered a breakfast biscuit. I was told that they had just run out of biscuits and they were baking more but it would be a 20 minute wait. So, I decided to go get some gas at the attached gas pumps and go inside. After I got gas and went inside and tried to order agian, I was told that they were out of biscuits again. I said, "I know, but the ones you are baking should be about done, right?" That is when they said, "We are not baking anymore because breakfast is almost over." I was like "what!, You said you were baking more when I was in the drive through".



But this was not all that was wrong. I was the only customer in the store and there was only one car in the drive through and I had to stand at the counter for like 5 minutes before anyone even paid attention to me. The manager was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off and the one girl that was handling the drive through was new and untrained, and the manager was telling her to cover both the counter and the drive through while she ran around and did nothing.



The poor drive through girl took several minutes to take my order of a breakfast burrito. It then took about 10 minutes for it to come out. During the whole 20 minutes I was in the store only one other customer came inside and two cars went through the drive thourgh (all wanted biscuits) and this staff were overwhelmed and could not handle it. The condement trays were completely unstocked and empty and I needed some creamer and sugar for my coffee but was afraid to try to ask for it. There was nobody attending the front counter for the entire time I was in the store.



When my food finally came I just grabbed the bag and left. When I got home and unwrapped the burrito I could not believe my eyes. It looked like a folded up tortilla with nothing in it. I am not joking! I am posting a picture of it for all to see.



Bottom line is, this is a very poorly managed BK location. The fault lies completely on the manager. This is really nice BK building and deserves a better crew to run it. The franchise owner would do good to read this review and take action.
