BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE from the management as well as the staff. The check in took over 20 mins as the receptionist had to call management about our booking. THEN come to find out they charged me TWICE for the room, I called to dispute the charge and the lady HUNG UP on me, I was not rude. I have TWO completed transactions on my account of the amount of the one night stay, why would I lie about that? It's my money. She didn't even offer to help or try to sort of the problem. My BANK confirmed it was charged twice and are in the process of disputing the charge. I would never stay here again and would NOT recommend it to any of my traveling friends. The tile the bathroom was loose- and the breakfast was not good.
