        Very prompt. However what should have been fixed took several expensive trips. I depended on their
        expertise to make suggestions and they would show up, fix exactly what I had requested and l wished they had told me what should have been done!! Could have saved lots of $$$. I would use them again and ask many more questions. Still good old Gainesville company! Maybe their electricians are more proactive and make creative suggestions to help save $$$!
