Very nice and professional staff. Easy to work with and puts you at ease with their caring attitude. Dr Waits is very friendly and affable. However, I don’t care how nice someone is, that is not a good enough reason to allow them to crack your skull like a walnut and poke around in your brain. In this situation, it just happens that he has the knowledge and is very capable, and the best part is that he is a super nice guy as well. So winner winner chicken dinner! I don’t make a habit of referring people to anyone because that will be the one time they will do something to make your judgement very suspect.
