Chef Wang Chinese Restaurant

As God is my witness I dined in this restaurant on West By Pass in Gainesville a couple years back. As I was finishing my meal there was a dead ROACH mixed in with my rice and meat. After gagging, I asked to see the manager. A small oriental man who appeared to be a cook (who I later found out in litigation was actually the owner) walked up to the booth were I was seated. I pointed out the ROACH and he, in a lightning fast motion assaulted my by pushing me aside and grabbed the ROACH
between his fingers and ground in into nothing more than a brown stain on his work apron. Needless to say... I've never returned. So, if you consider ROACHES a gourmet... Bon appetite.
