Beverly Hills massage was an incredible and relaxing experience. Employees were very professional and friendly! They definitely cater to your needs. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful and relaxing. Great escape!!
Way cheaper than going to an expensive Island. Would definitely recommend.

Scheduled a deep tissue massage for trigger point back pain. The oriental woman giving me the massage was just rubbing the outside of my body really hard like someone who didn't know how to give a massage. I asked her to find the painful knots and she ignored me, couldn't understand English and was rubbing my tendons really hard and it hurt. She was popping the tendons back and forth under her hands. This was extremely painful and making my back pain worse. She roughly pounds my upper arms to the point of pain and I didn't want anything but my back worked on. I should have gotten off the table and left, but I thought she might be planning the deep tissue back massage later. Nope. If she was licensed, I would be shocked. I am under Doctors' care, as noted on my intake form. I don't think the form was looked at. The next day, old pain is worse and now I have new pain from the unnecessary pounding. I have had about fifty deep tissue massages over the last twenty years and they were all great and helped a lot, except this one. I don't know what she thought she was doing. She really couldn't speak English and wouldn't get anybody that could. At the end, she put her hands up in my hair and rubbed my hair into my scalp until it was a big rats' nest. Seriously, stay away.

I enjoyed my massage here. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the place is so beautiful inside. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
