        terrible experience

        I have taken my dog to planet doggiewood to be groomed maybe 5 times. Always been pretty good. Noticed a cut on her leg once before but just thought "accidents happen" well the last time I went to pick her up they had shaved her down. (Asked for a puppy cut) then that night I saw the large cut on her neck. It was so bad. I would not have been so mad had they told me it happened or even apologized to me after I asked them about it. They did neither and have completely avoided answering my messages. We will never go there again.
