First impressions matter. As do second and third impressions. And really, we all know that you're only as good as your LAST IMPRESSION. Our first time using Park Auto Glass we had a great experience with the woman who answered our call. She was helpful and kind, and also quick to replace our windshield with a quality replacement. And when the following week we took yet ANOTHER rock to our windshield, they immediately came to our rescue. For those two weeks of incredible service, I would give them FIVE STARS. However, fast forward several years, and now I am currently in need of a windshield replacement--AGAIN--thanks to more trucks flinging rocks on the 5 freeway. This time when I called the man who answered the phone was HORRIBLY RUDE on the telephone. He was INSTANTLY insulting and had absolutely no people skills. In fact, he was so rude even after I mentioned that his way of addressing a potential client was rude, that I got off the phone without scheduling an appointment today (4/23/14). PARK AUTO GLASS, YOU'VE LOST A REPEAT CUSTOMER. I will be calling AAA to find ANOTHER company and will be sure to mention that you aren't treating callers OR AAA members with the kind of respect and businesslike demeanor that is expected in business. For that, you get TWO STARS, even though I'd really love to give you 1 star.

Very easy company to work with and very efficent. They gave me a price over the phone, showed up on time, and the man Jessie (that replaced my broken front windshield) was very knowlegeable and pleasnat. Thank you for a job well done and I would recommend using them to anyone.

Park Auto Glass replaced my windshield quickly when I was in need. They were all extremely helpful and understood how much it sucked that my windshield shaddered and needed replacing only after having the car for a few months. But the did an amazing job, you would never know that my window was not the original window that I bought my car with.
