His study of these ancient arts has broadened his understanding of the human body, mind and spirit. Alex worked in the physical therapy industry for three years and specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Traditional Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and Hot Stone massage. Alex also has Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Masters of Science in Education.

She has earned certifications in Prenatal, Infant, Elderly, Frail, Sports Massage, and Reflexology, and Warm Stone Massage, certify for cupping.
