They do a decent job of maintaining the community. All service requests are taken care of in 24 hours.



Occasionally people are seen going door-to-door to solicit different kinds of stuff (mainly from some church or temple). Almost everyday there are people who go through the dumpsters and throw trash around. And in the middle of the night you might hear noises outside your apartment where there will be a group of gang-member type people outside.



They advertise having a great pool, but they open it only for 4 months out of the year and lock it for rest of the year. They say because it is cold - they should let the residents decide when it is cold for them to go swim or not. Also, for the brief period they have the swimming pool open, a bunch of kids always are horse-playing in/near the pool which makes it dangerous for anyone to enjoy it.
