Wow - my experiences with this vet are the exact opposite of the first two reviewers. I had 7 dogs who are all aging, 4 boys & 3 girls. Dr. Greg literally crawled on the floor for 15 minutes to gain the trust of one of my boys. It worked. The one fear biter doesn't even always have to be muzzled here. He has always had to be muzzled at every other vet.



This vet is the best run clinic I've ever been to. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment. Most of the time I wait less than 1 minute. That's with 7 dogs over six or seven years worth of appointments. Vet visits are not your typical rush in and out and prying time from a rushed doctor. Both Dr. Greg and Dr. Andrea take the time to have a conversation about each animal. No rushing, all questions answered, all concerns responded to.



They also have a mourning room - the dreaded place where you can comfortably put down a family pet. We have had to put two pups down so far (aging pack - there will be more visits relatively soon unfortunately). We had the option to put them on the couch, the floor, the dog bed, the armchair, wherever he and my husband and I would be most comfortable saying our final goodbyes. The vets are both amazing and the staff is wonderful.

I, too, was not treated well by Dusty. She is very rude and should not be working in the capacity of receptionist. She was patronizing and sarcastic. Taking my business elsewhere!

I was not treated very well on several occasions, by Dusty, a receptionist there. Dusty never seem too happy to be helping me. She has held a grudge against me for reporting her a few years ago. The Dr. there, has done nothing to resolve the situation, because Dusty is his babysitter! We have since taken our business elsewhere. I don't trust her with my "children." It is just a job to her. I can't believe the Dr. would rather lose three clients, than to replace Dusty. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
