Rapidan Plumbing Inc

I have used Rapidan twice. Both times they were at our house very quickly. They look at the problem and the technician goes out to his truck and then comes back in with an estimate. Both times he gave us several options, basically good, better, best. Work was performed quickly and and the repairs were well done. Everyone was very polite. I checked around after each repair and it looks like there charges are very high. However when you don't have water your willing to pay for the quick service.

Do not waste your time calling this company!! Called on Saturday afternoon with an emergency. There was no water coming in to the house at all. The woman that answered the phone said she would have the plumber that was on call contact us. After over an hour, we called back. The woman sounded annoyed that we had called back, and told us again that the plumber on call would contact us. After another two hours of hearing nothing, we called a different plumber. There was a plumber at our house working on our problem in less than an hour. No one from Rapidan Plumbing ever called us back.
