Absolutely horrible customer service. I called on Tuesday to see if there was earlier availability than Friday as I intended to schedule online to get new tires. Brennan asked what tires I was looking for and before even answering my original question, he went ahead and ordered the tires on his own regard. I then asked for the total and it was higher than the online price. I asked to confirm the part number. Brennan said it could be a promotional price or coupon. I explained it did not appear so. Brennan said bring in a print out of the price seen online and they would match it. I drop off my car early Thursday morning and within minutes of the shop opening I get a call from Brennan. He asked about the coupon for the price difference and I explained again it was not a coupon. Brennan proceeds to tell me in order to get the price online I would have needed to order the tires online and since they bought the tires from the manufacturer it costed more. Obviously this was different than what I was originally told. We had some back and forth because this seemed to be an error of knowledge on his part. I then was connected to what I assume to be a manager and I explained what happened. He then tells me the same. I offer to then go online and make the purchase and ask for them to install the tires they current have in the shop to my car. He tells me he would need to verify my purchase prior to installation and couldn't guarantee installation today. I as the customer made the attempts to resolve this issue. There was no attempt by the shop to make this right and basically told me to pay the cost difference that was a result of their employee error. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER !! HAVE DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

My resounding first impression. I have worked in two garages. I recently moved from upstate NY. My 2006 saturn ion was misfiring with the first cylinder. I had already replaced the cylinder pack, spark plugs, MAP sensor myself. So, when it happened again, I brought it here under my husbands brothers recommendation. 1. They left my car with the windows 100% down in the parking lot with a $90 part in the front seat to wait for me to pick it up. I had prepaid, so it could have been left there like that overnight if I couldn't get to it. UNPROFESSIONAL. 2. Said windows and my auto lock then weren't working the moment i got into said car. So they KNEW my windows and locks were suddenly not working and didn't tell me. Instead they just left it there to have things stolen and for me to figure it out. 3. They fixed the misfire and did the oil change that was due. Two days later my oil light came on. Not the change oil light, but the oil canister one when something is actually wrong. It isn't leaking and the levels are fine. SO....they used THIN CHEAP OIL. Which could cause my engine to fail. They graciously said they would check for a leak but would not re change the oil. (despite them putting in the WRONG OIL) This is all within a week of dealing with them. This is my first impression. My advice? AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS AND STEER ANYONE ELSE AWAY FROM THEM.

Easy to deal with, great prices. Things done quickly and correctly. Would definitely recommend.
