Kids Foot Locker

To bad they don't have negative stars. Worst attempt at customer service ever. The manager Rashonda is rude and very unprofessional. The sad thing is she was training a new employee and had no problem displaying her inability to deal with customers. Won't ever be purchasing from Foot Locker again. We were able to find the same shoe in a different store in the mall and had no problem paying an additional $5 for them and actually bought my daughter 3 more pairs of shoes. Good Luck Foot Locker with having Miss Rashonda representing your brand. We also had a chance to speak with her District manager Brian and it was pretty evident that her trained her!!!!
