What started off as minor repairs to put our house on the market turned into major projects. Randy and his crew were very professional and great to work with. While the costs were a little high, it was worth it knowing the work was being done right the first time. They ended up replacing the cedar siding as needed, re-caulking, power washing the house, chemical cleaning the roof, two coats of paint on trim and siding, installing lattice and railings around deck, installing maintenance free lattice and screening on the screened-in porch, power cleaning the deck around the pool and installing new appliances. All the work was done correctly and in a timely manner by Randy, Jason and their dedicated crew.

Oddly enough, Randy arrived on time for the estimate. His crew showed up on time and finished early than I expected. They did a wonderful job on my basement living area. I rate them 5 stars and will use them again. Getting a second quote on work upstairs now.

The most important decision you make about any home improvement project is hiring the right company. You need to research those available and what their capabilities are. Since my project included not only power washing the exterior of my home, but also painting outdoor trim and doors,sealing front porch, lattice and new steps and back door landing and steps ,repairing and replacing some brick molding, and pruning some large trees and bushes, I wanted a company that could do all of this and more. Randy Josemans answered all of my questions, was always punctual in providing my quote in the form I had requested, returning my phone calls, offering solutions to what needed done, and doing the job as scheduled. He did not try to sell me things that I didn't need. Randy and his crew were all very professional, polite and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. When I decide to have the interior of my home painted, I'll be calling them again.
