Fredericksburg Smile Center

I was a new patient to Fredericksburg Smile Center last month and required about $1800 worth of dental work in the proposed treatment plan that I received. In that plan it proposed that I be responsible for $836 of the treatment. I felt that was a bit high considering I had not used hardly any of my dental benefits. Too make a long story short they attempted to charge me twice as much as what I was obligated too pay. When I contacted them they said that there was a problem with the computer system that day which Im sure that is their typical response when they get caught trying to scam a customer out of money. I truly wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I do have to say that the dentist and dental assistant were very nice and professional.

Terrible place. Disorganized receptionist and rude assistants. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Cathie's Fredericksburg Smile Center was the most modern dental facility I have ever seen. They reviewed my situation with professionalism and the latest technology and gave me what I needed without any pain whatsoever. Had I gone there sooner, I would have had much healthier teeth and gums than what I did before they helped me.
