Basilico

I took my mom to basilico in fredericksburg on mothers day..it was busy as expected we ordered our food it took 45 mins..my brother got his food ny the time he ate we finally got our food as I started to eat I found a metal shaving in my rice I took it to the front and showed the girl she apologized then a random hispanic male came over with an apron on and asked if everything was ok I told him no and told hin what I found in my food he said ok and walked away. What kind of customer service is that? I requested my money back which he didn't even offer. I am very dissapointed this was our first time dining in and will certainly be our last. I work in a restaraunt myself and this was an absolute terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog.

Glad to see they expanded the restaurant size. That place has gotten to popular to hold all of the customers. The food is on point!
