Bams Hero's Burgers & Wings

My mom and I decided to stop by BAMS after driving past it while on the main road.. The food is absolutely delicious, cheap, and did I mention delicious. Great customer service and very friendly! We can't wait to stop by again on our next trip up to Fredericksburg!!! Way to go!!!!!!

This place is a great family place and it's much better than any other place. There food is perfect!! It's not greasy, unlike five guys. The superhero posters are great for the kids and the service is great and very nice. There is a wide selection of food and they deliver!!:) thanks Bams!

I think this place is AMAZING. I love thier Terryiaki Wings and Chicken and Cheese Quesidillas. I also really like the whole superhero thing, its creative which is what made us come in the first time.

Okay first things first, the food. I will start with the Ruben, its not on rye of any kind but on plain white supermarket bread, the sauerkraut is from a can not made fresh or even the night before. The sandwich was soggy and fell apart the minute I picked it up. It should not even be on the menu period. Next are the burgers, they are hit and miss, never consistent. Thy claim their burgers are cooked medium but are always well done and some times even soggy and just plain awful. It is nice that they use real bacon on there sandwiches and cheesy tots but it can not save them. The staff is inept in the kitchen. Thy seem to be lost as to how to make food and get it out in a timely fashion. There is no order what so ever, no head chef and I never see the owner meaning there is no standards and no leadership. Lastly they are slow just slow. Bottom line, the food is sup par, the service stinks and there is no leadership don't go there its not worth the price.

The idea was great but the biggest problem was the super heroes were stuck on the walls and not in the kitchen. Average food at possible best the 3 times ive had it. The also only know how to cook burgers one way... Weeeellllll done. To the point were they are dry. Which is odd because there sign clearly states all burgers are cooked medium well unless asked by customer.. We clearly have different meanings. The burger also lacks condiment selection. If it ain't ketchup it ain't there. This is a disappointment. Your better off down the street at Burger King, or Five Guys at the same cost for higher quality. When it comes to the staff.. I wonder of they just need a place to hang out, as for the open kitchen environment they chatter more and focus less on customer interaction and experience. While I feel its good to have a light environment for the place due to the theme.. They could improve ticket times and quality with more focus..
