Sadly, I have not had a decent experience yet at this store. The employees need training in customer service. Every time I have visited this location the attitudes from the staff have been very poor. The mood is very depressing. Secondly, my two last visits I have gone there for their sales. Both times items I have purchased that were on sale have rang up as regular price. This last time I came in because of 50% off all Halloween items. I attempted to purchase two pairs of Halloween socks, one spider pair and one black cat pair. Only one of the items rang up as on sale. When I caught it the cashier told me she didn't know why one item and not the other was on sale and proceeded to check out instead of fixing it. I told her it was on sale and she told me that cats have nothing to do with Halloween so she wasn't going to do anything about it. I left the store without purchasing anything.



This is the second time I have been to this location and they have refused to honor an advertised sale price on an item! I won't be back to this location at least. They just don't care about anything!
