        I called the 711 on 7610 W Rawson Ave Franklin, WI and a male cashier answered the phone. I inquired about the 711 Deadpool exclusive Funko pop and he told me there was one left. I aksed him if he would hold it for me since I lived 10 mins away and he said yes and proceeded to take my name. I travel over there and a tall blonde white male who had picked up the phone told me he sold it. I told him that it was poor customer service etiquette to sell something he had put on hold for me. Totally annoyed because it was for my son and this clerk had a terrible attitude as to why he sold it. NEVER AGAIN will i step foot in that place.

        Rude clerks and expired products. This is the last time I'll go to this location. Every time we've stopped in there it's like we bothered them and they may have to work. Done!
