This place doesn't even deserve one star. The staff is incredibly rude and apparently they are unaware of a thing called 'customer service.' They lied to me regarding a pocket watch purchased as a gift- telling me that they guaranteed that it was in working order. Soon after leaving, I realized that it was broken. I took it back, asking that they let me exchange it for something in working order- even offering to pay more money for something that works. They were incredibly rude and unwilling to work with me- apparently unaware that if they were smart, they would take the offer and end up making more money off of me. I wouldn't suggest going here unless you enjoy being lied to and talked down to.

a real antique shop, what a great experience to find real antiques and quality estate jewerly, a must stop!

We drive through Tennessee several times a year and I would never miss shopping in this antique mall. It is one of the best I have ever experienced. The inventory is fabulous and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Don't miss this place if you're an antique lover!!!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Their customer service is the worst I have ever heard of. My soon to be brother in law purchased an $1200 dollar engagement ring from this shop to propose to my sister with. When they went to go get it sized guess what they were told?! That the ring WAS FAKE!!! This shop sold my sisters fiance a FAKE RING. When they went back to the store and confronted the store about the issue they were blamed and called names. The store claimed that my sister and brother in law switched the ring out and it was all their fault. What kind of customer service is that?? RIDICULOUS! Tell all your friends and family that these people are frauds!

I went in here to buy a nice diamond ring. Nothing extravagant, but I don't buy new diamonds, so I wanted something antique. I had been saving up and finally decided to bite the bullet . . . later to discover they had sold me a FAKE. Nice. Do not trust these guys and PLEASE don't give them your patronage.

They are grifters. My fiance and his mother went to them to buy me an engagement ring and when we took it to an outside place to get sized, they said it was just "costume jewelry." When my finance took it back to Arbor to address the situation, after they had told him 100% guarantee, they said that it wasn't the same ring that they had sold him. They are calling him and his mother a liar and saying that they switched the ring out. I would advise you to never go there as, when you realize your diamond is "fake" you will get threatened with violence. They attempted to beat up my fiance when him and his father went to pick up the "fake" ring.

they sold me a "diamond" ring with a guarantee that if it appraised for anything less than what i paid they would refund me. it turned out to be a 100% fake ring and they refused to honer their guarantee. while asking for my money back they threatened me with violence. they are grifters and liars, the man that supplied them with the fake ring is named Tommy Anderson. stay as far away from these parking lot jewel hustlers as you can they will take your money.
