Golden Post Kennel

I have been using the Golden Post Kennel for more than 20 years now, with a variety of different pets. This place is awesome! The owner/manager, runs a top rate kennel, does pet rescue, and pet training. All of her staff have had pet behavior training. I am always confident that my pets are going to be safe, happy, and well cared for when I drop them off at the Golden Post. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Golden Post. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been using golden post kennel for over 20 years through three dogs. My dogs were always excited when we walked into the drop off area which I took as a good sign. I opted for two played times per day for my dog. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. This last visit I had my dog groomed and his fur was exceptionally soft and I think I will start doing that after every kenneling. I recommend golden post kennel family & Friends and my mother-in-law who lives on the north side of Indy even kennel her dog here on the south side.

Very disappointed. I wrote directions. For them to givemy dog chew bones and dog biscuits. They were still in the bag when we picked him up. Also it didn't look like they fed him much of his food. Won't board there again

The staff is always kind and courteous. They're pretty easy to deal with and you can feel good about leaving your pets there!

I haven't had to look at any other kennels since I came here. The staff is sweet and very professional and knowledgeable. Totally satisfied with my service.

I feel very certain that my pet's not being mistreated when she's at GP because there's so much love in the humane society there.

Golden Post has a new GROOMER and she is WONDERFUL! I have a middle aged medium dog (kinda grumpy) and she came home clean, happy, and groomed perfectly. My dog was a goofball all night, I could tell she felt better and was well cared for during her grooming visit. Can't wait till our next visits.

Wonderful place to board your pet. It is in the country, but easy to access. The kennels are spacious and clean. There are some kennels with a view of a pasture of farm animals and others have a view of the wide open fields. The care is excellent. They will medicate your pet if needed and even give injections for diabetic pets. I highly recommend this boarding facility.

At Golden Post Pet grooming, you never have to worry about your pet being mistreated or coming home with a bad do! Their groomer is an animal lover through and through as well as being very talented as a groomer. Need a special cut? They can do it! The prices are right and the location is so beautiful and relaxing...away from the city hustle and bustle.
